AYR places are for 51 weeks of the year. The nursery is closed for one week per year over the Christmas period and parents are not charged for this week.
15 hours of Extended Entitlement for 3 & 4 year olds and 15 hours of Universal funding for 3 & 4 year olds for 38 weeks of the year (claimed as dictated by the local authority three times a year- Spring, Summer and Autumn terms). Extended Entitlement and Universal funding for 3 & 4 year olds are subject to a consumable and sustainability charge of £1.80 per hour. The additional 13 weeks of care will be charged at our standard nursery rates
There is a minimum session requirement of 6 nursery sessions per week,

Children must be collected promptly at the end of their nursery session please. The fee for collecting your child after the end of their session will be an initial £20, plus £10 per 5 minutes or part of.
Invoices must be paid in advance and in full on the 1st of the invoice month please. A late payment charge of £50 will be added to accounts with an outstanding balance after this date.
